Medicare Part D Events
As we are entering into the open enrollment period for Medicare, the WesternU students will be having our annual Medicare Part D events. These events will provide the Vietnamese communities with Medicare information and education about their medications. If you are a pharmacist, even if you are not comfortable with Medicare Part D, you are more than welcome to help us with translating or supervising students as they review patient’s medications. If you are student, we could definitely use help if you are willing to help us translate.
Even if you can help for only a couple hours, we would still welcome the help.
Here is a list of dates, times, and locations of the events:
- October 20th, Saturday, 9:00am-3:00pm at Westminster Senior Center- 8200 Westminster Ave. Westminster, CA 92683 (Language: Vietnamese)
- November 17th, Saturday, 9:00am-3:00pm at Garden Grove Senior Center – 11300 Stanford Ave, Garden Grove CA 92840 (Language: Vietnamese)
